#BlackLivesMatter

As most of you likely have, we have spent time reflecting on the pervasive structural inequality in our country. We recognize both the magnitude of the problem and the fact that true change will require long-term urgency and ongoing education that doesn’t end with one-time donations and news cycles.

Diversity and inclusion are core values at ACME and we have a track record of supporting founders and internal team members from historically underrepresented backgrounds - but we as a Firm and an industry can and should do better.

We believe action must be grounded in a true understanding of other people's experiences; we have included a selection of resources below that our team has found insightful as we have focused on listening and learning.

We will continue to invest time and resources to drive progress on this critical issue and reinforce our commitment to doing our part to ensure entrepreneurship is accessible to everyone.
